Awards and Achievements

Although somewhat of a cliché, the reward we strive hardest for at McCallums Group is to keep our clients, and ensure they are happy with the service they receive; we’re proud to say that many of our clients have been with us for well over 20 years.

It is however personally rewarding to receive recognition and accolades from industry peers, and in 2005 McCallums was the proud recipient of the Apparelmaster Franchisee of the Year award. With over 30 franchises in the group, this is no mean feat and it’s an achievement we are looking to repeat again soon.

At McCallums it’s no secret how seriously we take sustainability and energy efficiency, to be a finalist in the 2010 EECA (Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority) business awards was also a proud moment; our goal now is to be crowned the best.

More recently McCallums have been recognised with highly coveted wins in the Westpac Business Excellence Awards.  McCallums won both the Consumer Service Sector Award and the Environmental Leadership & Innovation in Business – Watch this awesome video the Southland Chamber of Commerce put together to showcase the consistently outstanding quality of service and products the McCallums team deliver to our customers from Bluff to Queenstown and all of Southland in between!

McCallums were also proud to achieve Platinum certification status in the Instep Programme in recognition of our commitment to innovation and sustainability. In the reporting year (2018/19) McCallums had reduced their standardised carbon emissions by 75% from the base reporting period (2013/14).
