McCallum’s Group has teamed up with a number of local businesses to support a mostly local team in this year’s SBS Bank Tour of Southland.

The Business South team competing across the week-long cycle tour includes Callum Gordon (Gisborne), Travis Kane (Invercargill) William Milburn (Dunedin), Blake Tait-Jones (Invercargill), Gavin Mason (Queenstown) and Hamish Beadle (Invercargill) and is managed by the experienced Allan Dunn.

McCallums Group Sales and Marketing Manager Paul Harrington said, as a Southland owned and operated business, McCallums Group was proud to support such a successful Southland-based event.

“McCallums Group has had a long association with the Tour of Southland. It’s a truly iconic event that showcases the very best of what we’ve got here in the south,” he said.

“Community support is important to us and the Tour is an event we are very proud to continue to be part of.”

The Business South team is supported by a group of more than 20 Southland businesses, offering an innovative way to create a Southland supported team.

The Tour started on Sunday and finishes this Saturday (November 4) at Queens Park’s Feldwick Gates.
