
The efforts of McCallums Group’s Apparelmaster Customer Service Manager Jaime McNaught have been recognised nationally, with Jaime picking up with the Sales Achievement Award 2017 at the Annual Apparelmaster New Zealand Group Conference.
Jaime, who has been in the role less than a year, said she was surprised but delighted with the accolade.
“I had no idea,” she said.
“I suppose it’s the aim of the game though … I come to work to look after our customers. It’s only been a short time but I’ve been lucky enough to build up some great relationships with our customers and I was really excited to bring this award home to show them.”
“We can’t do what we do without our amazing and loyal customers, so really, it’s about them.”
At the awards, sales were described as the “life blood of our organisation”.
Jaime was described as having had a “huge impact in a very short time … a breath of fresh air to the Apparelmaster Group and is setting the town on fire. (Her) enthusiasm and drive are spurring others to lift the game and we are expecting bigger and better things – watch this space.”
