Jaime McNaught is a southern girl, with a strong southern work ethic.

Now, she’s even more at home in her new role as McCallum Group’s Apparelmaster Customer Service Manager.

It’s a role to help you with whatever you need, and Jaime is here to provide support tailored specifically to your business. 

“I’m here to help clients with anything and everything,” Jaime says.

“Whether you want to know more about hi-vis health and safety clothing, you want your workwear branded and personalised, or you just want to make sure you are getting the most cost-effective solutions for your business, just give me a call.”

Jaime’s competitive nature – honed on the social netball court – is mirrored in her work. She wants to ensure McCallums Group is the very best when it comes to looking after clients. 

She will iron out any issues, making sure your dealings with Apparelmaster and McCallums Group are always clean and simple. 

She’s also on hand to support the Apparelmaster team at McCallums – which, in turn, helps you get what you need. 

If you require anything – be it a new mat, new overalls, or anything in between – you can contact Jaime directly, or simply pass it on through your Apparelmaster driver and Jaime will sort it out. 

Born and bred in Southland, Jaime is a keen reader and crafter. She and her partner – conveniently, a travel agent – are passionate about travel and holidaying wherever they can. 

Jaime studied a Bachelor of Education through Massey University and has previously worked as a sales representative at The Southland Times. 

Now, she’s excited about working for a Southland-owned business and is passionate about hitting her traditionally high standards. 

“I love getting out and meeting people and helping them, so I’m really enjoying this customer-focussed role,” she says.

“I know McCallums Group has a really good reputation when it comes to looking after its customers, and I’m looking forward to building on that.”
