Job Summary

Based in Invercargill McCallums Group is a family owned and operated laundry and dry-cleaning provider since 1927. We pride ourselves with high levels of service to our customers, whilst striving to be the employer of choice and a responsible corporate citizen. A low staff turnover, vast reductions in our carbon foot and a 98% result in external audits are some of our achievements.

 

We offer a variety of roles based at our factory on Otepuni Avenue, Invercargill

 

If you are an early morning person with the following attributes, you may be a great fit

·        Available to work Monday to Friday with starting time being  5am – 6am

·        A fast learner with a great memory and an eye for detail

·        Energetic, highly motivated and physically fit with ability to lift at least 15kg easily and regularly

·        You must be a team player

·        Adaptable with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

·        Eager to achieve the set daily production targets

·        Enjoys  warm environments

·        Has reliable transport

 

Other qualities we would look for are:

·        Current forklift licence would be advantageous

·        Must be prepared to be vetted if required

·        You must be eligible to work in New Zealand

·        Have No criminal convictions

·        Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
